Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Once your Order is placed it takes 1-2 Business Days to fullfill the order and then it will take 7-10 Business Days for the order to arrive at the requested shipping address.

First of all email us as soon as possible if a product is broken or defective. We want to make it right for you and we will work with you to see that the problem is taken care of. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item.
Return Policy For Non-Defective, Non-Broken Items
We are so sure that you will love your item that this won't cross your mind, but if it does here is our policy. Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 14 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Typographical Errors
