How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- We try and keep down the shipping cost as low as we can. Our rates start at $7.95, and will depend on the final total of your order.
Are Shipments Insured?
- Yes, insurance is included in the cost of our shipping rates.
How is our items shipped to us?
- We use UPS (ground service) for all of our shipping.
- If your item weighs 1 pound or less your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground.
- The same shipping rates apply.
Do You Ship Items To P.O. Boxes?
- We only ship to a Physical Address. *** NO P.O. Boxes.
How Long Does It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
- Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after we have received payment and it has cleared.
- Once the order is shipped you will receive it within 7 to 10 business days.
- Also, note that weather or times right before any major Holidays like e.g. Christmas, play a factor on the estimated time it takes for you to receive your order.
Sometimes it might take a little longer. Sorry to say, but we have no control over this.
Do You Ship Internationally?
- No, not at this time. We might consider to expand in the future.
What Does It Mean When I See "May Require Additional Freight Charge"?
- These items are oversized or heavy and cost us more to ship. You will notice "May Require Additional Freight Charge" in the item description.

How do I pay for my order?
- We use Paypal for secure payment. So you can pay with your Paypal account or through your credit cardl. For instant payments via credit card a Paypal Membership is not required.

What Is The Return Policy For Broken Or Defective Items?
- First of all email us as soon as possible if a product is broken or defective. We want to make it right for you and we will work with you to see that
the problem is taken care of.
- Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
- We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item.
What do I do if I decide to just send back the item for no apparent reason?
- We are so sure that you will love your item that this won't cross your mind, but if it does here is our policy.
- Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 14 days.
- There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items.
- Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
- Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
- No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
- Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days
- Please Contact Us Immedately Before Returning Any Product and we will provide instructions on returning.

Stock Questions
When An Item Is Out Of Stock When Can I Expect It To Come Back In Stock?
- When an Item is out of stock it will be with the item description and you will see a button that takes you to a form where you can tell us your emai address and you automatically will be notified as soon as the item will be back in stock. We try to get items back in stock as soon as possible. If you email us we might be able to tell you the estimated time to expect the item to be back in stock. We do our best to keep things in stock but we get so many orders that items go very fast.
Can I Get A Rainchecks If An Item Is Out Of Stock?
- No, we don't do rainchecks.
What Happens If I Order An Item And During The Process An Item Goes Out Of stock?
- Hopefully this will never happen. We keep up on our stock daily. But if this happens then we will refund you for the item and you will need to re-order the item when it comes back into stock. We know you wanted this item, so if you want we will notify you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax On My Items?
- We will only have to charge sales tax if the items are shipped to an address in Texas or California.

What Is Your Privacy Policy?
- We do not share, give, rent or sell your personal information to any third parties for purposes of commercial solicitation. The only time we share your information with other companies is for the purpose of filling your orders, processing payments, etc. For example, we share your shipping address with UPS so that your order can be shipped to you.
How Quickly Do You Respond To Emails?
- We will respond to your emails as soon as we can. You are very important to us. Please fill free to email us anytime. If we receive your emails after business hours or over the weekend we will get right back with you first thing next morning. (Who knows maybe even if time allows it after hours)

What Are Your Business Hours?
- Our business hours are from 9am - 4pm cst. Monday - Friday
- We will also be closed on Major Holidays so we can be with our family, but you can go ahead and browse and enjoy yourself. Who knows you might just find something you can't live without it.
Do You Do Gift Wrapping?
- No, at this time we don't offer Gift Wrapping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
- No, at this time we only ship within the lower 48 States
