How Can I Order From You, If I Live Outside The USA?
- Although we do not ship any items outside the US, except to Canada, you can order from us by using a Mail and Package Forwarding Service like in example
- Please Note: We are in no way affiliates or partnered in any other way with the above suggested Mail and Package Forwarding Services and this is only a suggestion.
- A Mail and Package Forwarding Service will provide you with a valid US address, which is the address of their warehouse and your order will be shipped from us to that address and there our responsibility for the shipment will end.

- In order for you to pay for your purchase, you have to have a Verified Paypal account or in case of Instant Payment through Credit Card, this above mentioned US address must be added as a secondary address to your Credit Card. We are sorry for this inconvenience. The alarming increase of credit card fraud does leave us no other choice.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We keep our shipping rates very simple, so you won't experience any surprise at the checkout, when shipping rates will be added to your order.
- We are offering FREE SHIPPING on any order of more than $75.00. For orders up to $75.00 we will charge you a FLAT RATE of $8.95.
(only UPS Ground and within continental US States)
- For international shipping to Canada our shipping rates start at $21.95 up to $50.00 shopping cart value. Then it will depend on the final total of your order.
- Sometimes our Canadian customers will have to pay duties on the products and we may be required to disclose some pricing on the packaging slip, so the Customs can access the appropriate amount owed.
- On the majority of our product line, we prepay the duties for our Canadian customer and the packaging slip will not show pricing.

How will items be shipped?
- We use UPS Ground Service for all of our shipping.
- If your item weighs 1 pound or less, your order might be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground.

Do You Ship Items To P.O. Boxes?
- We only ship to a Physical Address. *** NO P.O. Boxes.

- Currently we ship internationally to Canada only.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received payment and it has cleared.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive it within 7 to 10 business days. We will inform you when the item/s have been shipped and provide a tracking number.
- For international orders to Canada allow 13-15 for delivery.
- Also please note, that weather or times right before any major Holidays like e.g. Christmas, will play a factor on the estimated time it takes for you to receive your order. Sometimes it might take a little longer. Sorry to say, but we have no control over this.

What Is The Return Policy For Broken Or Defective Items?

What Do I Do If I Decide To Just Send Back The Item For No Apparent Reason?
We are so sure that you will love your item so this won't cross your mind, but if it does, here is our policy.
- Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 14 days.
- You will get the product price minus a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items refunded through Paypal.
The refund will be issued as soon as the item arrived with us and will be credited back to your Paypal account or Credit Card,
depending your initial payment method.
- Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
- For orders initially shipped for free, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund.
- Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in re-salable condition.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

When An Item Is Out Of Stock When Can I Expect It To Come Back In Stock?
- When an Item is out of stock it will be with the item description and you will see a button that takes you to a form where you can tell us your email address and you automatically will be notified as soon as the item will be back in stock. We try to get items back in stock as soon as possible. If you email us we might be able to tell you the estimated time to expect the item to be back in stock. We do our best to keep things in stock but we get so many orders that items go very fast.
Can I Get A Rainchecks If An Item Is Out Of Stock?
- No, we don't do Rainchecks.
What Happens If I Order An Item And During The Checkout Process The Item Goes Out Of Stock?
- Hopefully this will never happen. We keep up on our stock daily. But if this happens, then we will refund you for the item and you will need to re-order the item when it comes back into stock. We know you wanted this item, so if you want us to, we will notify you as soon as it comes back into stock.
We will only have to charge sales tax if the items are shipped to an address in Texas or California.
